Apple Valley Real Estate
Apple Valley
Formerly known as Lebanon Township, the city adopted the name Apple Valley in 1968 in honor of the hundreds of apple trees planted in the area during the 1960's by a local developer. The area is mainly residential with areas of retail located along the 42 corridor. With approximately 46,000 residents, the city has a good mix or townhomes, apartments, and single family homes. In 2005 & 2006, a large growth spurt hit the city on the east side, seeing many luxury homes and luxury townhomes built.
